Kristina Grigorjeva is a curator, architect, and researcher based in Geneva, Switzerland. Trained as an architect at AAM and ZHAW, she worked at Caruso St John Architects and Bosshard Vaquer in Zurich while completing the Contemporary Curating MAS at ZHdK. She subsequently served as Head Curator of the BINZ39 Foundation (Zurich) until 2021 and worked with the Pavilion Le Corbusier at Museum für Gestaltung Zurich.
Since 2021, Grigorjeva has worked across collaborative research, cultural policy, exhibition-making, and public programming. She is the co-founder and co-director of the nomadic art platform KRONE COURONNE, established in 2021, and in 2023 founded Collective Actions, a curatorial collective based between Tallinn, Estonia, and Zurich, Switzerland.
Her curatorial projects have been developed for, and in collaboration with, Kunsthalle Bielefeld, Fondation Beyeler, Lafayette Anticipations (Paris), S.M.A.K., Museum für Gestaltung Zürich, the Felix Gonzalez-Torres Foundation, and Architekturforum Zürich. She has also commissioned public art projects for the cities of Zurich, Biel/Bienne, and Tallinn, and currently serves on the Public Art Committee of the City of Bern.
An alumna of the NRW Residency, Grigorjeva's work has been published by Mousse, Kunsthalle Zürich, A+U, Vexer Verlag (Berlin/St. Gallen), OnCurating, and Mack Books (London).
